I’m Kathleen Armstrong, NBCR, RMT, CTHt, and have been a Holistic Health Practitioner and Teacher since 1994. My certifications are many and include the following:

Most certifications are at teacher level, althoough currently, I am focused on teaching Reflexology.
I taught a 50-hour program at:
- IPSB—Santa Monica, CA—9 years
- Healing Arts College —Santa Monica, CA—2 years
- ASIS —Clarkdale, AZ—5 years
- Privately—since 1996
I was on staff at Torrance Memorial Hospital 🏥 for 4 years as a Practitioner and Teacher, offering Reflexology, Reiki, Acupressure and Aromatherapy. I lectured to many groups including: Oncology, Scleroderma, and Diabetes to name a few. The focus was to explain the benefits of combining Medical and Complementary Therapies for enhanced wellness. I taught Foot, Hand and Ear Reflexology, that was widely attended by the community.
Since my private space at the hospital was adjacent to the Breast Cancer Clinic, many came to me for treatment. More for the emotional roller coaster ride than a curative therapy.
The Director of Rehabilitation sent many patients to me when Physical Therapy could be enhanced with another form of healing.
With donations I was able to open a Healing Touch Clinic for Children. I was blessed to have worked on some babies that were on the spectrum and returned to normalcy.
In 2003 it was necessary for me to resign from the hospital as my husband’s health was deteriorating. We chose to move to Sedona, where I spent the next 15 years teaching and practicing the Healing Arts.
I have formally taught thousands of students from all walks of life in Massage Schools, Spas, Acupuncture Clinics, Hospitals and privately.
In late 2018, I moved to Pinetop in the White Mountains.
I now own Pinetop Gallery, where I offer intro talks and Reflexology classes.
